The Preferred Policy:

Dwelling coverage equal to the amount covered on your Homeowner's policy

• Contents coverage equal to 50% of dwelling coverage (A house insured for $200,000 on the dwelling will be insured for $100,000 contents coverage)
• Other Structures covered up to $25,000
• Loss of Use covered up to $100,000
• 10% and 15% Deductibles available in most areas
• Optional Swimming pool special limits available

The Standard Policy:

Coverage similar to the California Earthquake Authority (CEA)

• Dwelling coverage equal to the amount covered on your Homeowner's policy
• Contents coverage $5,000.
• No Other Structures coverage
• Loss of Use coverage $1,500.
• 15% Deductible
