The Standard Policy:
| Coverage similar to the California Earthquake Authority (CEA) |
| Dwelling coverage equal to the amount covered on your Homeowner's policy |
| Contents coverage $5,000. |
| No Other Structures coverage |
| Loss of Use coverage $1,500. |
